How Do You Buy Coachella 2024 Festival Tickets?

You can go through the Coachella website to buy your Coachella festival passes. Before purchasing, be sure to read up on the rules and regulations when it comes to buying Coachella Festival tickets.

A few quick tips: First, there are purchasing limits for each category of Coachella pass. The max number of festival passes you can buy at once (after Tier 1) is 8. The max number of shuttle passes you can purchase at once is 4. The max amount of car camping passes you can purchase is 2. The only difference between the tiers is the price you pay.

What Kinds of Passes Are There for Coachella?

Coachella is a premier music festival, with several ticket packages and options for how to attend. Here, we cover the essential ticket passes Coachella has to offer.

General Admission 3-Day Festival Pass (Tier 1 Pricing) – $499 + Fees

Allows entrance to the venue, day parking lots, and GA camping areas for all three days of a weekend.

GA Festival Pass/Shuttle Combo (Tier 1 Pricing) – $599 + Fees

General 3-day festival admission, admission to the GA camping areas + Any Line Anytime Shuttle Pass

3-Day VIP Festival Pass (Tier 1 Pricing) – $1,069 + Fees

This VIP pass grants access into the Coachella Valley venue, day parking lots, as well as all three VIP areas that all include shaded areas and food & beverage vendors with a full cash bar, which are 1) Main VIP area located next to the main stage under the white tents, 2) located in the Rose Garden, and 3) Next to the Sahara Tent.

Preferred Parking – $199

Sold separately and located next to the festival grounds.  These lots are only open on festival days from 9am-2am, and overnight parking nor camping is allowed.

Car Camping – $149 + Fees

10′ x 30′ Car Camping spot allows you to have as many people in your spot as you’re willing to comfortably fit. Keep in mind that once parked, your vehicle stays in that spot for the whole weekend and cannot leave and come back in. One car maximum per spot, and these passes are only valid if scanned in right with your festival pass from the same order.

Preferred Car Camping passes are also available for $266 + fees, and they provide a reserved site closer to the venue’s entrance. 

Tent Camping – $149 + Fees

10′ x 15′ Tent Camping Spot, includes ONE overnight parking spot for the weekend in an adjacent lot – only valid with the pass it was originally purchased with it. 

Companion Camping Parking – $99 + Fees

1 additional overnight parking space for the weekend for any extra cars per camping spot

VIP Glamping Options – $4,196 + Fees

Festival goers have the opportunity to stay at The Lake Eldorado Lodging, situated just a short walk away from the festival entrance. Campers have the option to stay in 2-person tents, or 4-person lodges.

How Much Are Coachella Shuttle Tickets?

Any Line, Anytime Shuttle Pass – $120 + Fees

Allows you to ride from any Coachella shuttle line stop (excluding airport) to and from the festival during operating hours. Valid all 3 festival days.

Airport Shuttle Pass – $125 + Fees

The shuttle ride from LAX to select hotels or onsite camping at festival grounds. RETURN RIDE SOLD SEPARATELY.

• Advance sales are limited to four (4) passes per person per weekend. You can buy two passes for Weekend 1 and two passes for Weekend 2.
• Anyone camping on festival grounds must have a festival pass. Camping spots not bought with a festival pass through Front Gate will not be valid.
• Camping spots are limited to two (2) per order.
• Orders will not ship to P.O. boxes

Does Coachella Sell Single Day Tickets?

Most festivals only release full weekend passes at first. Once they sell out of all of their full weekend passes, Coachella has traditionally released single-day tickets for fans who are only looking to catch a single headliner. These single-day passes hit the secondary market and typically cost more than the price-per-day if you purchase the full 3-day pass at once. However, if you’re looking to go for one day, it’s worth saving the money and going with the single day.

Where Can I Sell My Coachella Tickets?

If you’ve purchased Coachella 2024 general admission passes, Coachella camping passes, or others but are unable to use them, you can list them for sale for free on TickPick. If your tickets sell, you’ll be charged a 15% commission that is the same as any other secondary ticket marketplace would charge, but the buyer of your tickets won’t be charged any service fees whatsoever.
